Those chilled blended coffee drinks you buy from the various coffee shop chains are loaded with sugar and calories. This version is just as thick, cold, sweet and creamy but practically calorie free. Yes I am serious! No need to even add milk. The konjac powder adds viscosity and creaminess and also takes the edge off your hunger.
- 1 cup cold brewed coffee
- 8 ice cubes
- 2 tsp espresso powder
- 1 tsp konjac powder
- 1 dropper full of vanilla stevia liquid
- 1-2 packets granulated stevia (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling on top
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed until thick and creamy.
